Ever since the worlds came together Levina has had far more places to travel and new locations to hide herself away in. Currently, she was resting in a place called Macalania Woods. As much as she disliked being in one place for very long, she found that here she could relax a little more. She assumed it was because of the strong presence of magic that pulsed through the strange glowing trees. For a being such as her, this kind of power is what she needs to strengthen herself, to revive after the ware of so many centuries going by. The longer she was here, the stronger she felt, but with this renewed strength comes a price. The beast within her was stirring. It sensed the power in this place, and it thirsted for it. With each passing day she was here, she felt the daemon growing stronger, pushing on the boundaries of her control. She wouldn't be able to stay much longer. She would be keeping this place in mind, the fact that she healed so well here saw to that. She would just have to remember never to stay more than a few days. That shouldn't be a problem, She thought, running her pale fingers through her ebony hair as she made sure she had everything she needed for travel, After all, I've been moving from place to place for almost half a millennia. Satisfied that she had all the required supplies, she pulled her tattered green mantle over her shoulders, and, pulling the hood over her head, she began her decent from the top of the forest to the bottom upon one of the many shimmering paths of light. ~OOC~ Open to anyone who wants to harass my anti-social dragon. x3

Snow Villiers wasn't lost. Okay......that might have been an extreme. He didn't seem to be lost. He could see exactly where he was going and he didn't recognize all the scenery in this specific part of the woods, so he at least knew he wasn't walking in circles. Was he going in the right direction? Most likely. He hadn't deviated from the path he was on once since he started this traveling, and he figured he would at least come out at the right end of the woods somewhere near the next port he was aiming for. At least, that's what his male intuition and sense of direction told him.
Of course, this was the same intuition that had gotten him shot, knocked on his ass, and hit by pretty darn strong women in the past, so it wasn't the most reliable resource of all time.
Nonetheless, as the tall former l'Cie (or maybe current, even if his mark wasn't changing) trotted his way though the woods, something told him he was going in the right direction. This place was spooky. Yeah, even Snow could admit it. Not spooky in that 'Dysley's gonna jump out of a bush and claw me with his fingernails' kind of spooky, but things just seemed.......too alive. Like the entirety of the woods entertained itself by watching him as he trotted along. Even his mark wasn't quite normal at the moment, casting a light blueish glow across his body as he walked along. Something was weird about the magic in this place, and whether or not Snow was a professional on magic, he tried to ponder a reason why, his eyes darting from impressive sight to impressive sight as he walked along, a little too loudly for someone just trying to slip his way through the woods without too much trouble.
But he pretty much had to go this way. He didn't really trust public transportation in this weird little combined world he lived in now, especially not with Dysley potentially out there somewhere again. Snow had promised Serah that he would be careful in his searching for the other former l'Cie and for answers, and that was exactly what he was going to do. But, judging by the odd situation surrounding him, he might have inadvertently broken that promise......but not by much. He probably could use the Shivas for transportation, but they got cranky when there wasn't something around to fight. Heck, he hadn't even seen anything yet, not even-
Snow almost jumped at the sound of other footsteps joining with his, spinning in place and facing the 'threat'. And that was why a guy shouldn't get distracted by his own thoughts. Realizing it was apparently another human or near-human on the trail with him, Snow's shoulders slumped with the anti-climax and he spoke, not even sure if she'd seen him yet and with the possibility that she could have cared less if he'd just passed by and kept his mouth shut. But that was Snow. Had to be friendly. "Whoo......I don't think my heart's had that good of a jolt in a long time....."

Well, being secluded from other people for so long did seem to have it's disadvantages. For example; If you're away from others for long enough you forget that there's a certain amount of attentiveness you need to be able to socialize with others. Or in this case, avoid them. Levina wasn't exactly paying attention to what was going on around her; She was much too involved with the glowing scenery. Added to that, she was attempting to plot out where she would go from here, and when she would return. Her hood, while a great benefit for staying relatively unnoticed, was a hindrance as well as it created a blind spot on either side of her head. She probably never would have even realized she was no longer alone if he hadn't spoke. At the sound of the voice her head snapped in his direction, shock plain on her partially hidden face. She didn't stay like this for long, though. In a few short moments, she lowered her head and continued on her way, never missing a step. Don't follow me... She thought, though she knew it was foolish. After all, it seemed they were heading the same direction. And if that were the case, then she'd have company for quite a while. Lovely. ~OOC~ .... My posts are tiny. *cries*
