(NOTE: I know I went a bit light on the history in the section that covers the game. This is because I presumed it was not as necessary, given that it's already laid out pretty much as it is. If you would like me to detail that part more, however, I will gladly do so)
Name: Kefka Palazzo.
Nicknames/Alias: None, though in the past, he was sometimes referred to as 'Lord Kefka'.
FF (Even OCs have to originate from a certain FF): Final Fantasy VI.
Age: 38.
Height/build: 5'4, 106 pounds, slender of figure and delicately boned. His long, svelte build causes him to appear taller than he actually is.
DoB: November 5th.
Race: Human/Magitek.
Weapon: Morning Star, a deadly-looking weapon with a heavy, spiked ball at the end of its chain.
Level (Anywhere between 1-100): 75.
Strength:
Physical: 25.
Magical: 125.
Agility: 75.
Special Skill(s): Illusion Casting - Kefka is capable of creating illusions of himself, and sometimes of others as well, although he has had some difficulty doing this on a regular basis since his revival.
Magic: Fira, Blizzard, Thunder, Drain, Libra, Rasp, Osmose, Banish; Kefka was incredibly powerful before he was killed, but as a result of the trauma that he suffered, returned to life with drastically reduced abilities. Or at least by his standards.
Summon: Ifrit.
Appearance: Kefka’s appearance is rather like that of a jester, but far more bizarre and outlandish. He wears flamboyant clothes combined of red, yellow, and blue fabrics, riddled with stripes and polka-dots. Around his neck he wears a large, red and white ruffled collar, and also a lengthy, blood-red cloak with golden lining. His face and hands are typically covered in pasty white make-up, and he accentuates his eyes, which are the palest of blues, with even more outlandish red and yellow paints. His nose is long and sharp, and he has full lips, upon which he generally applies bright red lipstick, occasionally donning purple or black as well. He has white-gold blonde hair, often worn tied back in a tight ponytail, and adorned with an impressive feather, as well as various other colorful baubles and ornaments.
Personality: Kefka is megalomaniacal, volatile, destructive, merciless, narcissistic, and cruel. He also has a remarkably short temper. He is an absolute psychopath, having little to no remorse for the chaos and suffering that he inflicts upon others, guilty and innocent alike. He has a dark, cynical sense of humor and as a result is always making bad jokes at the worst of times. He talks a lot, and laughs frequently, especially when taunting others or wreaking havoc. For the most part, he hates everyone and everything, and is only truly satisfied when he is torturing or destroying. He loves to torment others, both mentally and physically. He is easily excited, and has severe, frequent mood swings. He lacks patience and self control, and is something of a nihilist, particularly as of late. Since his return to life, he has become a bit more reflective and brooding, and also very vengeful. All of this having been said, he remains extremely clever and highly intelligent, although these traits are sometimes overshadowed by his cruelty and lack of forethought.
History: Kefka was born unto a noble family and attended all of the best schools while he was growing up. He was well thought of and successful, and showed much promise for the future. When he was 19, he became the first experimental Magitek Knight. He was thus gifted with incredible magical abilities, the likes of which had not been seen for sometime. Tragically, however, the process had not yet been perfected, and his sanity was shattered as a result. His morals and beliefs began to mutate and deteriorate, and over time, he lost his mind completely, thus turning into a cruel and destructive madman, and acquiring a reputation as one of the most terrifying and dangerous men alive.
Six years after this procedure took place, a restructuring of the Gestahlian Empire's military occurred, and Kefka became Emperor Gestahl's right-hand man. Some time after this, he used a slave crown to dominate the mind of Terra Branford, and thus the events of Final Fantasy VI were set in motion. During this time, Kefka slaughtered many innocents, and drained the power of many Espers, eventually killing General Leo and Emperor Gestahl. Following these atrocities, he moved the Triad out of its alignment, and created the World Of Ruin as a result. He then drained the power of the Triad and ascended to Godhood, and constructed the Tower Of Kefka.
Kefka proceeded to go about destroying what was left of the world, smiting anyone who stood in his way. In time, he was defeated by Terra Branford and her companions, but because he had become the God of Magic, all magic was eliminated from the world upon his death.
A year following these events, a mysterious happening known only as the 'Merge' took place. For reasons beyond the understanding of even the most brilliant, Kefka re-awoke during this time, perhaps as a result of the masses of so many worlds being thrown into chaos. Since reawakening, Kefka has set out on a quest, purposed to regain his God-like powers by any means necessary, as well as extract revenge upon those responsible for his death.
