 I take you to the fantastic land of Acynthia. Not long has it been, that the great Hero-King Archor built up a rebel army to take the land back from the Rychan nobles; greedy vampires and werewolves who thought they were moving for the good of the people. Now that peace has been established among werewolf, vampire, human, and shifter, the land now flourishes brighter than before.
But there is a darkness that seeks to blot out the light…
Unrest has once again began to find its way back into the hearts of people. Nightmares wreak havoc on the children of Acynthia, while the more mature are claiming to hear voices guiding them, cheering them on to do things that wouldn’t normally be done.
Could it have to do with the strange instrument-like artifact that General Reese Briggs found during his investigation of the nearby island known now as Morto Isle? Was it the artifact itself that caused the population of Morto Isle as it were, to be completely slaughtered without a trace? Who knows…
But for now, we must all stand tall, for we are all Lux Excerptum: fragments of the light in the ever encroaching darkness. |
