Since it seems to be a more or less constant problem for new members to figure out where to start their characters, I thought we should figure out a solution...so here you go. Don't know where to put a character? Need some help getting things started? Post in here!

I'm ready to start tomorrow afternoon after work. I've been sketching out my new OC today and the penciling is about 2/3 done so far. Got my dice ready and everything.

Well, I guess I should post here for my characters then, too. Here goes nothing...
-Eltanin Vareuse was intended to be on a quest to confront Ayda/Sin regarding the current rampage in Balamb, but if anyone has ideas for him, I could always manage for him to get sidetracked with something else beforehand.
*EDIT: February 22, 2012: Tanin is being reserved for Kaiyashu's new OC, Pepsi.
-Spatha Sedere, as a thief and general ne'er-do-well, is up for anything at this point, and if he happens to find some new and exotic Materia along the way, all the better.

I currently have a few free characters, but I probably won't be starting/joining any new threads on account of keeping my active thread count low so I don't get overwhelmed. However~ the Corel thread with Tucker, Bronte, and Ixella is public and open -- Tuck's currently trying to find the parents of this baby she rescued. Also, I'm fixing to start a new thread, which will have Lucien and Rheis stopping at an inn on their way to perform a sending, and an inn is public enough to be a good lead-in for a character.
Keep in mind that neither Griever or myself are the fastest posters on the board, though xD

Angelico and Larsa are both free. Angelico was at The Sandsea in Rabanastre looking for a guide, but no one responded haha. So they're both available.

Yuffie is currently free. She's up for treasure hunting, materia hunting and all sorts of things, whether or not it requires her ninja skills. Ecca will be in a thread with one of Griever's character's when she's ready, but is free (and being a perv, as usual) at the moment. Pepsi will hopefully be ready within a few days, though I doubt I can rush pro-style color in Photoshop. I'll at least put the line art up in the meantime.

So, now that all the xiii-2 stuff has been dealt with I know how to play Lightning again. I've got her travelling around within the Guardian Corps so she can potentially show up anywhere. It's been a while since I've done anything with her though so my muse is a little rusty. If anyone wants a Lightning thread and/or has some ideas for a plot with her let me know. Like Bha and Griever, I'm not the fastest poster in the world...

I can't choose D: it's all so good! It's like a buffet where you could probably eat everything but you'd get so confused and then your stomach would hurt, only I don't think my stomach would hurt in this scenario and ahhhhh!!
